OB™ SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("OB" or "Company") is committed to protecting Your privacy and earning your trust. This Privacy Policy discloses our privacy practices for personal information we collect when you use or access our products, services, features, or content through any website, application, or service ("OB Services"). We may, in our sole discretion, change this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version at www.internovo.in If we make any material change, we will notify You by email (as listed in Your account profile) or by means of a notice on www.internovo.in prior to the change becoming effective.

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is published in compliance with inter alia:

What information does OB collect/store?

If You use or access the OB Services, or open a OB account or visit OB Sites (which includes website and/or App), we may collect/store the following information for the purpose of providing OB Services to You :

  • • Contact information, such as Your name, address, phone, email, date of birth and other similar information.
  • • Financial information, such as Your full bank account number if You choose to use it with OB Services.
  • • Detailed personal information, such as Permanent Account Number.
  • • OB only facilitates collection of Biometric information to verify Your unique Aadhar number. We do not store Your biometric credentials and adhere to norms specified by UIDAI.
  • • [Information from Your smart phone as per app store policies. You authorize OB to have access to this information and You agree that OB may collect and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.]
  • • Other personal information provided by third parties such as credit bureaus and identity verification services.
  • • Your photo if you choose to add one to your profile. Other users of OB Services may be able to view your photo. You may remove Your photo or change it at any time in your account settings.
  • • Information that You provide to OB when interacting with our customer support team or other team members via phone, email, online form, or other correspondence.
  • • Personal information stored with third parties that You choose to provide to OB, such as social media account information and Your social media contacts. By linking your third party accounts or using third party sign-in services, You authorize OB to have access to this information and You agree that OB may collect and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • • Personal testimonial information or endorsements that You voluntarily provide to us and which we may display with your name on the OB sites with your consent. to update or delete Your testimonial, contact us at compliance@internovo.in.
  • • We also collect the following information ('web browser information') from your device when You use OB Services: Your IP address, the type of device you use, your device identifier, Your operating system version, the type of browser you use and the URL that You came from and the next URL that You visit.

As a security measure and means to tackle fraud, based on the consent provided by You while using OB Sites, OB accesses Your device location to validate transactions initiated by You using OB. To facilitate the provision of the OB Services by OB to You, OB may access your device's location. You consent to the access of the device location for the facilitation of transactions by OB. If You have enabled collection of location data in the OB mobile application, You can turn it off within the application's settings on Android, or in your phone settings on iOS.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.

How does OB use the personal information that it collects?

Please note that third parties, such as merchants that You pay and third party websites that You visit, have their own privacy policies. OB is not responsible for the policies and practices of such third parties.

How does OB use cookies and web beacons?

Cookies and web beacons are technologies that OB and our third-party service providers use to collect Web Browser Information in order to track how the OB Sites and OB Services are used. Cookies are small data files that are stored on Your computer's hard drive and web beacons are tiny graphics embedded on web pages. These technologies allow us to: provide You with a personalized experience by recognizing You when You return to the OB Sites; better understand our users by tracking how they use the OB Services; improve the design and content of the OB Sites by tracking how users interact with the OB Sites; and identify and prevent fraudulent activity. We may link Web Browser Information to any personal information that You submit while on the OB Sites. OB Sites include social media features that allow you to "Like" or share content on third party sites. These features may be hosted by the third-party sites or the OB Sites, and may collect Your IP address, the OB Site page you are visiting, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function. You can change Your browser settings to refuse cookies, but this may interfere with Your use of the OB Sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party cookies, web beacons, social media features and widgets (such as the Facebook Like button), or other tracking technologies used by parties. How do I opt-out of receiving promotional emails from OB?

If You prefer not to receive promotional emails from OB, click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email that we send You to remove Your email address from future promotional email campaigns. What security precautions does OB take to protect me?

We have security measures in place to protect Your personal information, including the use of industry-standard data encryption technology and internal policies and restrictions regarding the storage of and access to Your personal information. If You would request to destroy Your data provided to us, we do the same with industry set compliance and best practice standards. Please note that no data transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. OB ensures that data is collected and stored in a secured environment. How do I update my information?

If Your personal information changes, You can update or correct it in Your account settings by logging into Your account of the respective OB services. we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide You OB Services. If you wish to close your account or request that we no longer use Your information to provide You the OB Services, contact us at compliance@internovo.in. We will retain and use Your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms and conditions.

What are the data privacy rights provided by OB?

OB provides you the right to deny Your consent for use of specific personal data by OB, restrict disclosure of your personal data to third parties, limit data retention and an option to revoke Your consent already granted to collect personal data by OB. The rights granted herein are subject to Your use of OB Services and any regulatory or legal requirement and in some circumstances OB may not be able to honor Your request to exercise any of the rights mentioned herein above. In event OB agrees to honor your request with respect to any of the rights mentioned herein above, this may result in non-availability of any or all OB Services to You. You may exercise your rights by reaching out to us at compliance@internovo.inand our team will assist You.

Public Forums

OB sites may offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums, which may require creation of an account with a third party. Any information You provide in these areas may be visible to the public, so we recommend that You avoid disclosing personal information. To request removal of Your personal information from these areas, contact us at compliance@internovo.in. In some cases, we may not be able to remove Your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Billing Cycle

OB services subscription fee alongwith any other charges You may incur in connection with Your use of the platform, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Method of Payment on the due date as per Your subscription. The length of Your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that You choose when You signed up for the service. In some cases Your payment date may change, for example if Your Method of Payment has not successfully settled, when You change Your subscription plan or if Your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. We may authorize your Method of Payment in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it for up to approximately one month of service as soon as You register. If You signed up for OB services using Your account with a third party as a Method of Payment, You can find the billing information about Your OB services subscription by visiting Your account with the applicable third party.

Method of Payment

To use the OB services You must provide one or more Method(s) of Payment. You authorize us to charge any Method of Payment associated to Your account in case your primary Method of Payment is declined or no longer available to us for payment of Your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and You do not cancel Your account, we may suspend Your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Method of Payment. For some Methods of Payment, the issuer may charge You certain fees, such as transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of Your Method of Payment. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Method of Payment used. Check with Your Method of Payment service provider for details.

For Your convenience, Your subscriptions may auto-renew until You cancel the service.

Updating your Method of Payment

You can update your Method of Payment by going to the "Subscription" page. We may also update Your Method of Payment using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, You authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Method(s) of Payment.

Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel Your OB services' subscription at any time, and You will continue to have access to the OB services through the end of Your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused OB services. To cancel, go to the "Subscription" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If You cancel your subscription, Your account will automatically close at the end of Your current billing period. If You signed up for OB services using Your account with a third party as a Method of Payment and wish to cancel Your subscription, You may need to do so through such third party, for example by visiting Your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from the OB services through that third party.

On expiry of the free trial period, You will not be able to access Your OB services' account &/or services until You subscribe for a paid subscription plan.

Changes to the Subscription Plans and/or Pricing

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to Your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to You.

Third-Party Links

The Services may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
